Watch: Sunil Grover Posts Unseen Wardrobe Malfunction From The Great Indian Kapil Show

Trust Sunil Grover to turn even a blooper into pure comedy gold. The actor-comedian recently shared a reel from The Great Indian Kapil Show where he faced a wardrobe malfunction that never made it to the Netflix episode.

The hilarious moment, also posted by the show’s team on Instagram, came with the caption: When you’re performing live… anything can happen Blooper alert, but the laughs never stop!”


In the clip, Sunil appeared as a posh SOBO girl, stepping into a makeshift shower on stage before re-emerging in a green towel. While dancing with actor Manjot Singh, the towel slipped off mid-act, leaving Sunil in black cycling shorts and his bare chest on full display.

The reactions were priceless Manjot hid his face in embarrassment, Janhvi Kapoor and Sidharth Malhotra looked shocked, and Kapil Sharma along with Navjot Singh Sidhu burst into laughter. Sunil, true to form, covered his head with the towel and bolted backstage.

Fans couldn’t get enough of the blooper. One commented, “Sunil grover deserves his own show! He is brilliant. Netflix create a show where he bring all these characters together.” Another wrote, “Great acting .....every act perfect sunil bhai.”

Not everyone was convinced, though. Some suspected the towel slip was scripted, while others requested he avoid such antics again. Still, the consensus remained Sunil’s comic timing is unmatched.
