In September, upon its initial release, V's solo debut album "Layover" soared to No. 2 on Billboard's Top 200 Albums chart, matching the record for the highest ranking attained by a Korean solo artist on the chart. For seven continuous weeks, the album maintained its position, marking V as the first-ever Korean soloist to accomplish such a feat in the history of the chart.

As of December 5, according to Billboard's latest update, "Layover" reappeared on the Billboard 200 at No. 176, securing its eighth non-consecutive week on the chart.

V has made history by becoming the first Korean solo artist to maintain a charting album on the Billboard 200 for eight weeks following the re-entry of "Layover," surpassing the previous record held by his fellow bandmate RM's "Indigo," which charted for seven non-consecutive weeks.

Additionally, "Layover" surged to No. 24 on Billboard's Top Current Album Sales chart and secured the No. 35 spot on the Top Album Sales chart this week. This accomplishment marks the album's 12th consecutive week on both charts.

During its 12th week on Billboard's Global Excl. U.S. chart, V's title track "Slow Dancing" maintained its robust position at No. 140, while "Love Me Again" held steady at No. 194 in its 15th week on the same chart.

Finally, V secured the No. 83 position on Billboard's Artist 100, signifying his ninth non-consecutive week on the chart as a solo artist.
