Digital Submission Process
All recommendations must be submitted exclusively via the official portals 8cpc.gov.in and innovateindia.mygov.in. Participants are required to log in using a valid MyGov account linked to an email address or mobile number, verified through an OTP or password. The Commission has clarified that emails, PDFs, or physical memoranda sent outside the portals will not be accepted, ensuring a standardised and transparent collection of inputs.Broad Stakeholder Participation
