• Educational qualification certificate (self-attested)

Selection Process

To become a Bima Sakhi, candidates must clear a pre-recruitment exam conducted by Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).

After clearing the exam:

• An interview is conducted at the LIC branch office.
• Selected candidates receive an agency code.
