Railway passengers have fresh good news as a new Amrit Bharat Express has been introduced on the Ahmedabad to Patna route. The service, which was earlier running as a special train, will now operate as a regular weekly train. This step is expected to improve connectivity between Gujarat and Bihar while offering a more comfortable and budget-friendly travel option.
This will also be the first Amrit Bharat Express to originate from Ahmedabad, marking an important development in expanding modern train services across the country.

Stations Covered Along the Route
The train will stop at several important stations, improving accessibility for passengers across multiple regions. These include Anand, Chhayapuri, Godhra, Dahod, Ratlam, Bhawani Mandi, Ramganj Mandi, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Gangapur City, Hindaun City, Bayana, Idgah Agra, Tundla, Govindpuri, Subedarganj, and Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction.

The Ahmedabad–Patna Amrit Bharat Express will run once a week in both directions.- Train No. 21905 will depart from Ahmedabad every Wednesday at 6:30 pm and reach Patna at 12:30 am on Friday.
- Train No. 21906 will leave Patna every Friday at 10:30 pm and arrive in Ahmedabad at 5:25 am on Sunday.
