Aam Panna Pre-Mix Recipe: Make Refreshing Mango Panna in Just 5 Minutes
During summer, keeping the body hydrated and refreshed is extremely important. Along with drinking water, including natural drinks made from seasonal fruits can help maintain energy and digestion. One such traditional summer drink is Aam Panna, a tangy and refreshing beverage made from raw mango.
This drink is rich in vitamin C and contains spices that help improve digestion and prevent heat exhaustion. By preparing a pre-mix in advance

500 grams raw mangoes

2 liters water

Salt to taste

1 teaspoon black salt

½ teaspoon black pepper powder

¾ teaspoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

1 cup sugar
Cut the raw mangoes into pieces and place them in a pan.
Add about 2 liters of water and boil until the mangoes become soft and pulpy.
(Traditional method: Many people roast mangoes over flame to give the drink a smoky flavor.)
Once the mangoes are soft:

Remove the peel and seeds.

Collect the soft pulp in a bowl.
Add the following to the mango pulp:

Red chili powder

Black pepper powder

Salt and black salt

Roasted cumin powder

Sugar
Put everything in a blender or grinder and blend until a smooth, thick paste forms.
This paste becomes your Aam Panna pre-mix.
Take 2–3 teaspoons of the pre-mix in a glass.
Add cold water and crushed ice.
Mix well.
Your refreshing Aam Panna drink is ready to serve.
Storage Tips-
Store the pre-mix in an airtight glass jar.
