Timing of Chaitra Purnima

According to the Vedic *Panchang* (almanac), the *Purnima Tithi* (full moon phase) for Chaitra will begin on April 1, 2026, at 7:06 AM and end on April 2 at 7:41 AM. Therefore, based on the *Udayatithi* (lunar phase at sunrise), Chaitra Purnima and Hanuman Jayanti will both be celebrated on April 2 this year.


Traditional Offerings for Hanuman Jayanti

**1. Jaggery and Gram (Gur-Chana):**
