Shri Pawan Kalyan explained that what initially felt like sinus-related discomfort turned into a serious issue, developing into an infection that affected the eye, leading to surgery. He said that even after the surgery, there is still some nasal bleeding to a certain extent, and the doctors informed that it would resolve in another week or so.”

Pawan Kalyan also spoke about old injuries from his movie shooting days. He said he did many action scenes and got hurt, but he did not take proper treatment at that time. They told him that he may need more treatment or even another surgery in the future.

Old injuries resurface“The doctors explained on this occasion that injuries near the shoulder have been present for the past five years, and there is a rotator cuff injury. They said that since Shri Pawan Kalyan has not paid full attention to medical treatment since that time, they are now troubling him. They stated that treatment related to this will be necessary, and surgery may be required,” the statement further read.

Before the surgery, he had pain during a meeting with officials. Because of that, he cancelled all his work and went to the hospital. Doctors did tests like an MRI and then decided to do the surgery on the same day. Now he is following all instructions carefully.

On the acting front, Pawan Kalyan was last seen in the cop action drama, ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’ directed by Harish Shankar.
