Creating this tasty treat doesn't require any fancy ingredients from the store.

**Mangoes:** 2 large (ideally the sweet-and-sour type)
**Sugar:** 1 cup (for sweetness; powdered rock sugar or jaggery can be used as alternatives)
**Black Salt:** 1 teaspoon (to add that authentic tangy flavor)
*(Tip: If you have fresh mint leaves, include them for an extra refreshing taste!)*

**Easy Steps to Make Mango Popsicles**

Start by washing the mangoes thoroughly under running water. Ensure they are slightly unripe for the best texture.

Place the mangoes in a pot or pressure cooker, add a bit of water, and boil until they soften. Once cooked, remove from heat and let them cool completely.
After cooling, peel the mangoes and scoop out the soft pulp into a bowl, discarding the pits.

Next, in a blender, combine the mango pulp, sugar, and black salt. If using mint leaves, add them now.

Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, you can add half to one cup of water to reach the desired consistency for your popsicles.

Your sweet, tangy mango mixture is now ready! Pour it into ice cream molds. If you don’t have molds, small steel glasses or paper cups work just fine. Cover with aluminum foil and insert an ice cream stick in the center.

Freeze the molds for 6 to 8 hours, or overnight for best results. When you take them out the next day, your refreshing mango popsicles will be ready to savor.

Instead of opting for store-bought ice creams filled with artificial colors, treat yourself to these wholesome homemade popsicles during the hot weather. One bite will melt away your fatigue and bring a smile to your face.
