Method 1: Peel Without Getting Your Hands Dirty
Start by washing the mango thoroughly. Then, use a knife to cut the mango into two large halves, separating the pit. Take a glass made of steel or glass and place one half of the mango, skin side against the rim. Gently press downwards; as you do this, the pulp will separate from the skin and fall into the glass, allowing you to peel the mango cleanly.
Method 2: Use a Spoon
You can also extract the pulp using a spoon for a quick and clean method. Cut the ripe mango in half with a knife and remove the pit. Then, use a clean spoon to scrape the pulp from the inside of both halves.
