The government has stated that Class 9 girls will be provided with free bicycles to ensure they face no difficulties in commuting to and from school, thereby helping to prevent instances of students dropping out midway through their studies.

The Delhi government's bicycle distribution scheme for students is specifically aimed at Class 9 girls enrolled in government schools across Delhi.
