'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi' 23rd April written update: Karan's secret life with another woman revealed
' Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi ' begins with Gautam telling Tulsi that he heard about Karan's situation twice since coming to Mumbai and that Karan was asking someone for help. Gautam admits he hired someone to keep watch on Karan because he suspected something was going on. Gautam sends the hospital picture to Tulsi and tells her that Karan is hiding something. When she asks him how he got the picture and questions whether he is spying on Karan, Gautam explains that he overheard conversations about Karan asking for help. This makes Tulsi wonder why Gautam would lie to her.
Karan and Niyati's secretKaran returns to the Malabar Hills flat with Niyati, a woman who is not feeling well. He gives her water and Niyati suddenly has an anxiety attack. She tells him that she is not okay and begs him not to leave her side because she needs him. Karan sits with her, trying to comfort her but mentions that he has important work to do.
