Nicola Peltz's fresh swipe at Beckhams after Brooklyn shuns pal Holly Ramsay's wedding
After Brooklyn Beckham skipped childhood friend Holly Ramsay's wedding, his wife showed she clearly isn't keen on returning to the UK anytime soon.
Nicola Peltz made a dig at her husband's estranged family while they were recovering from the lavish weekend event. The 30-year-old heiress posted a selfie with the caption 'Love being home' as she and Brooklyn, 26, relaxed in LA, where they spent Christmas with billionaire family.
It comes after she was accused of 'twisting the knife' with the Beckhams amid their feud, after sharing photos showing Brooklyn playing happy families with her parents over the festive period. They stayed in America despite the wedding invite - the aspiring chef shunning his childhood pal's big day instead of risking an awkward reunion with his mum, dad and siblings in Somerset.

The Beckhams and Ramsays have been close since the early 2000s, bonding when both families relocated to the USA where David Beckham and Gordon Ramsay developed their careers. And with children of similar ages, the families got closer as the kids grew up together.
The Ramsays have an 'open door' policy regarding their relationship with Brooklyn, despite David and Victoria's torment at their estrangement. Last week, Cruz became the first member of the Beckham family to comment on the fall-out, insisting his brother had blocked the family on social media - dismissing suggestions his mum and dad had unfollowed their son.
Their decision to shun the celebrations is said to have gone down like a proverbial lead balloon with protective parents Gordon and Tana Ramsay. A source told the Daily Mail: "David and Victoria see Gordon and Tana almost as family. The kids all grew up together. Brooklyn always loved his time with them all but his and Jack’s friendship isn’t really there any more which is a great shame.
"Gordon and Tana have been upset at the fall-out too. They are very, very fond of Brooklyn. They’ve known him since he was tiny. Brooklyn doesn’t appear to see many of his friends he hung out with before Nicola any more and that is very sad. These are people who he goes way back with and Holly is one of them.
"But then, should Brooklyn have been there, there would have been quite the scene, what with his parent being there." The source went on to explain that the Ramsays have left the door open for Brooklyn to walk back into their lives - but it is also suggested he has grown distant from Holly, and his friendship with Jack has also changed
With just nine months between them, Brooklyn and Holly - along with her twin brother Jack - became best friends and would spend play dates together. The duo would often be snapped around the world together, and even at Christmas time, as their famous parents would whisk the families to sunny beaches and snow coated ski holidays.
Tensions have been rising within the Beckham family all year. In May, fans grew concerned that there was trouble when Brooklyn was noticeably absent from a string of celebrations marking David's 50th birthday. Reports soon emerged that Brooklyn and Nicola's relationship with the wider Beckham family had been in crisis since their 2022 wedding.
In August Brooklyn and Nicola renewed their vows in a lavish ceremony - with none of his family in attendance. And this Christmas, Brooklyn seemed to made it clear that his wife is the focus of his family life now. He shared a photo on Instagram holding hands with his 30-year-old wife while celebrating the festive season with her billionaire parents in Miami, Florida. The name of his wife is also tattooed on his hand.
