Princess and Junior reveal shocking way they discovered Katie Price's engagement
Katie Price'seldest daughter has revealed just how she learnt her mum was engaged. The former glamour model shocked fans last month when she announced her engagement.
Price, 47, explained that she had flown to Dubai and become engaged to self-proclaimed businessman Lee Andrews, despite first meeting on Instagram days earlier. However, less than 48 hours later, she revealed on social media that she and Lee had secretly married.
The news left Price's family back at home completely dumbfounded, as they had no idea she was planning on getting engaged. Now, her children, Junior, 20, and her daughter, Princess, 18, have shared how they were informed.

"The message Mum sent on the group chat about being engaged…. I literally responded 'OMG'," Princess said. She went on to add: "Mum's very impulsive, but that is impulse on a whole other level, I don't know anything about him [Lee] and all I know is he proposed to my mum after knowing her a week."
Speaking in Princess's reality show, The Princess Diaries, seen by The Sun, Junior went on to add: "I put, 'I'm so confused. What a bombshell.' At this point, I don't know what to think, she's flipping married him. I don't know the guy, so it's shocking, of course it is, it is weird." If anyone's mum got engaged to someone that you don't know, you're going to be like 'What the hell?'
"I would have liked to know what's been going on, what's it leading up to, but everyone lives their lives and has their own thing." However, the budding musician went on to explain that Price was a "great mum". He added that all he cares about is whether Lee treats Katie properly.
Princess went on to say that while Katie's relationship is "crazy", it doesn't surprise her. She added that as she and her brother have now aged, they have "trauma bonded" having grown up and seen the turbulent relationship of Price and their father, Peter Andre.
While Katie is currently in the UK, her husband Lee resides in Dubai and despite the ongoing war in the Middle East between Iran and the United States, he claims that Kate will be heading back to Dubai very soon.
He told his social media followers: "The flights have started to open. The flights are a bit backed up, but if not, you can always go through Oman, it is next door and one of the neighbouring countries.
"I'm not going to tell you all my plans, but Katie would fly there, and I would go to Oman and pick her up and bring her home because that's what you do when you are married and in love, you try everything right? Or have I got that wrong?"
Currently, the United Arab Emirates government travel advice reads: "Due to the volatile security situation in the region and military strikes in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), we've raised our level of advice for the UAE to do not travel.
"The UAE airspace may open or close at short notice, impacting flights at Dubai and Abu Dhabi airports. Retaliatory strikes are occurring across the Middle East region following military strikes on Iran. Military conflict in the region may result in widespread movement restrictions, and other travel disruptions."
Meanwhile, the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) website states: "FCDO advises against all but essential travel to United Arab Emirates," adding: "Your travel insurance could be invalidated if you travel against advice from the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO)."
