Ingredients:


For the nougat layer:




1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups marshmallow fluff
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups salted peanuts, chopped

For the caramel layer:





1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup heavy cream

For the chocolate coating:





2 cups milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanut butter
Instructions:

1. Nougat Layer:





-In a medium saucepan, combine granulated sugar, butter, and evaporated milk over medium heat.

-Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and let it cook for about 5 minutes.

-Remove from heat and add vanilla extract, marshmallow fluff, and peanut butter. Stir until smooth.

-Add chopped peanuts and mix until well combined.

-Pour the nougat mixture into a greased and lined baking pan. Press it down evenly with a spatula.


-Let it cool and set while you prepare the caramel layer.

2. Caramel Layer:




-In another saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add granulated sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves and turns golden brown.

-Slowly add in the heavy cream while stirring continuously. Be careful as the mixture may bubble up.

-Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the caramel thickens.


-Pour the caramel over the nougat layer and spread it evenly. Allow it to cool and set.

3. Chocolate Coating:




-In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, melt the milk chocolate chips and peanut butter together until smooth and well combined.

-Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the caramel layer and spread it out evenly.

-Place the pan in the refrigerator for a few hours, or until the layers are completely set.

-Once set, remove the Snickers slab from the pan and place it on a cutting board.

-Using a sharp knife, cut the slab into individual bars or squares.

5. Storage:
