Strictly's Thomas Skinner's wife is pregnant – four months after affair exposed
Strictly Come Dancing star Thomas Skinner has announced his wife Sinead is pregnant – four months after he publicly admitted to having an affair with another woman in 2022.
Thomas, who already has three children with his wife Sinead, announced the news in a gushing Instagram post this morning – which also happens to be his birthday. The photo shows a beaming Thomas hugging his wife Sinead as the pair stand next to a display of two balloons. In front of the couple are their three children Henry, Roma and Darla – each of them are clutching a sonogram image of their unborn baby brother or sister.
Thomas, who in September admitted to having a fling with Amy-Lucy O'Rourke in 2022, gushed about the news in the caption. He wrote: "It’s my birthday today… and I’ve got the greatest present in the world. Baby number 4 is on the way.

"I honestly couldn’t ask for anything more. Our little family of five is about to become 6!! I am so blessed and grateful! Better start looking for a bigger car," he joked before adding: "Can’t wait to meet you, Baby Skinner. Best birthday ever. Mummy, Daddy and Your big brother and sisters are going to love you so so much." He signed off his message with his catchphrase: "Bosh" followed by a red heart emoji.
His announcement was met with messages of congratulations in the comments section as one wrote: "Wohoooooo, s*d sitting next to u lot on a long flight can’t wait to meet baby skinner number 4! xxx". Another penned: "Wicked news happy birthday have a blessed day with the family". A third said: "Congratulations Tom, what a present. Happy Birthday".
Thomas' happy news comes after a turbulent few months for the controversial TV personality. It was announced in August that he was taking part in the 2025 series of Strictly Come Dancing, but his show signing was met with criticism from fans due to his outspoken views on social media.
And the controversy continued as Thomas snatched a journalist's phone and stormed out of the press event to promote the upcoming series of the BBC show weeks later. Days later, Thomas publicly admitted to having a "two-week fling" with a beautician named Amy-Lucy O'Rourke in 2022 – shortly after he and Sinead had tied the knot.
Amy-Lucy later spoke out, slamming Thomas' claims and said the pair did not have a "fling" – but insisted that they had an affair which spanned three months. Thomas later came clean as he said: "It wasn't difficult for me because I know the mistakes I've made in my life, but it was awful for my poor wife to read it all, and that's why I feel bad... My whole life has been dug up and regurgitated and my poor wife has to read something that she has moved on from.."
All this unfolded before Thomas set foot on the Strictly Come Dancing ballroom. And his stint on the show was short-lived as he became the first celebrity to be eliminated. Attention on the star cooled down for a few weeks, but then things fired back up as it was reported Thomas was seeking legal advice over his Strictly elimination.
Thomas alleged the vote to eliminate him from Strictly was rigged, but this was later debunked.
