Tina O'Brien, 42, gives away beauty secrets as fans compare her to a teenager
Ageless Tina O'Brien has spilled her beauty secrets at last after fans told her she barely looks any older than she did as a teenager on the Coronation Street cobbles.
Tina, 42, often gives fans a glimpse into her life on social media, and now she's answered the question we've all been asking. The actress, best known for her portrayal of Sarah Platt, first joined the soap back in 1999. Since then, she has tied the knot and welcomed two children - Scarlett, 16, who she shares with ex-boyfriend and fellow former Corrie star, Ryan Thomas and Beau whose father is Adam Crofts.
Despite being a very busy working mum, Tina manages to keep age at bay and outlined how as she plugged collagen supplements on Instagram, saying in one of the ads that the real reason behind her youthful appearance is her need for a good nights sleep.

"I'm turning 43 this year and sometimes people say to me, "what beauty regimes are you using?" And the truth is, it's so embarrassingly low key that it's almost non-existent," she said on the video.
"You'd think that working on television that I would have an amazing 10 step routine by now, but sadly, I don't. But the things that I really do swear by are very, very simple. I'm obsessed with sleep and I need a minimum of 8 hours, but ideally I love to get 10."
She added in the caption: "I’ve never followed a regimented skincare routine. Instead I swear by three simple things: Eight hours sleep. Drinking lots of water. And the main one..collagen."
It was revealed that Tine and her millionaire interior designer boyfriend, Adam, had called time on their relationship back in November. The former made their relationship public during the summer when they attended the wedding of her Corrie co-star Jack P Shepherd.
However, sources claimed that the pair ended their relationship after realising it "wasn't going anywhere" and didn't want to pour energy into something "that was never going to last".
Friends claimed that Adam was left "stunned" by her blunt admission, as he thought their relationship had real potential and cherished their time together. Following the decision to split, Tina wiped her social media profile of any pictures with Adam. Her seven-year marriage to ex-husband, Adam Crofts, crumbled during the Christmas period in 2024.
After her latest split, the Mail reported that a source said: "Tina loved being with Adam, it was exactly what she needed after her marriage ended. They had fun together, and he was refreshingly different from her previous partners.
"But she soon realised her heart wasn't fully in it and didn't want to invest in something she knew deep down wasn't going anywhere. Adam was disappointed, as he felt differently, but accepted it when Tina deleted all their photos from Instagram."
