Veteran singer Asha Bhosle passes away at 92 in Mumbai, tributes pour in

PTC News Desk: Veteran singer Asha Bhosle passed away on Sunday at Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital after multi-organ failure. She breather her last at the age of 92.

She was admitted to the hospital on late Saturday night after she suffered a cardiac arrest. Her health gradually deteriorated and she died after multi-organ failure. 

Asha Bhosle's demise was confirmed by her son Anand Bhosle. "My mother passed away today. People can pay their last respects to her at 11 am tomorrow at Casa Grande, Lower Parel, where she lived. Her last rites will be performed at 4 pm tomorrow at Shivaji Park," he said.
