Director Puri Jagannadh has completed 26 years in the film industry and over the course of time, he has made many strong and different films over the years. Recently, actor Vijay Sethupathi shared a post, praising his legacy and pleasure as they work together on the upcoming movie, ‘ Slumdog: 33 Temple Road .’

Vijay Sethupathi took to his X (formerly Twitter) handle and spoke about the director as he shared his thoughts with respect and happiness. He said, “26 years in cinema is not just a milestone, it’s a legacy built with courage, conviction, and a fearless voice.”

The ‘Ace’ actor also shared about their film. He said working with Puri Jagannadh was a great experience. He added, He believes ‘Slum Dog’ will be remembered as a very special film. He feels the film has something unique and meaningful for everyone involved.

Cast of ‘Slumdog - 33’Talking about the film, it includes heavyweights, including Tabu and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles. It also includes Samyuktha, Duniya Vijay Kumar, Brahmanandam and VTV Ganesh, who are also part of the cast. The music is given by Harshavardhan Rameshwar.

The film is expected to hit theatres in June and will reportedly be released in five languages: Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam.
