Carabao Cup draw in full: Chelsea, Arsenal, Man City and Newcastle learn semi-final ties

Chelsea will go head-to-head with either Arsenal or Crystal Palace in the Carabao Cup semi-finals. The draw was made on Wednesday evening, with the second semi-final throwing up a mouthwatering tie between Newcastle and Manchester City.

Newcastle, who defeated Fulham 2-1 ahead of the draw, are the reigning Carabao Cup champions after overcoming Liverpool in last season's final. But the Magpies will face a big challenge to retain the trophy, with Pep Guardiola aiming to win the competition with Manchester City for the fifth time.

The Citizens overcame Brentford 2-0 in the quarter-finals on Wednesday, with Arsenal due to take on Crystal Palace in their last-eight showdown next week. Chelsea, meanwhile, booked their place in the semis after beating League One high-flyers Cardiff on Tuesday night.
