Royal Challengers Bengaluru Full Squad For IPL 2026: For the 19th season of the Indian Premier League, a mini auction was held yesterday, i.e. on December 16, 2025, at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, in which Royal Challengers Bengaluru entered the auction with a purse of Rs 16 crore 40 lakh. Royal Challengers Bengaluru had 8 slots vacant to buy in the IPL auction. This means RCB retained 17 of its players in the team through retention, which also includes a big name like Virat Kohli. This time RCB's biggest purchase in the auction was Venkatesh Iyer, whom Kolkata Knight Riders had released from their team before the auction.

In this mini auction, Royal Challengers Bangalore added fast-bowling all-rounder Venkatesh Iyer for ₹7 crore (approximately $1.7 billion), making him RCB's most expensive player in the auction. Satvik Deswal, Jacob Duffy, and Mangesh Yadav were also added to the team. RCB acquired a total of eight players, including two foreigners. Following the auction, RCB's squad now has 25 players, including eight foreigners. RCB still has ₹2.5 crore (approximately $1.7 billion) remaining in its purse.

Royal Challengers Bangalore have not added any players through trading for the 19th season of the Indian Premier League. RCB, on the other hand, have retained their core team from the 2025 season.
