The second half of EA FC 26’s latest Ultimate Team promo is almost upon us.

A second team of special player items celebrating FUT Birthday in EA FC 26 is set for release, as well as a host of other content. There’ll be Squad Building Challenges, tournaments and more over the course of the next week.

Then there’s the fascinating new Birthday Bakery evolution concept. Every FUT Birthday player item apart from Hero and Icon cards come without a single PlayStyle.

This gives gamers the unique opportunity to customise their team in whole new ways. It’s an exciting new addition to an event that every EA FC player looks forward to each year.

EA FC 26 FUT Birthday Team 2 release date and time

As ever, the new promo in EA FC drops at the same time players have grown accustomed to. FUT Birthday Team 2 and its associated content will begin dropping at 6pm on Friday, March 13.

Hopefully this won’t prove unlucky for gamers as they bid for some great pulls from the various packs on offer in the store and unlocked via challenges and rewards. If leakers are correct, there are some exciting player items to pick up.

According to reliable EA FC 26 leaker FUT Sheriff on X, formerly Twitter, there will be 33 new FUT Birthday player cards released on Friday. There are some huge players expected to be included and one in particular will have FC 26 players either very excited or very scared.

Some of the players leakers think will be included are:

  • CB: Antonio Rudiger (Real Madrid) - 90 rated

  • CM: Paul Pogba (Monaco) - 91 rated

  • CAM: Paulo Dybala (Roma) - 91 rated

  • LW: Lauren Hemp (Manchester City) - 90 rated

  • ST: Claudia Pina (Barcelona) - 91 rated

As well as the new player items, there’ll be a host of new SBCs for both packs and players. New objectives, tournaments, live events and a new flash Rush event are also planned.

EA FC 26 FUT Birthday predictions

Here’s a host of other players predicted to make Team 2, including the following Icons:

  • CM: Lothar Matthaus (Germany) - 93 rated
  • CAM: Bobby Charlton (England) - 93 rated
  • ST: Ferenc Puskas (Hungary) - 94 rated
  • ST: Samuel Eto’o (Cameroon) - 92 rated

The following Hero cards are expected to make an appearance:

  • CB: Lucio (Brazil) - 92 rated
  • CB: Vincent Kompany (Belgium) - 91 rated
  • CDM: Javier Mascherano (Argentina) - 91 rated

The regular FUT Birthday Team 2 player items should include:

  • LB: Alejandro Balde (Barcelona) - 89 rated
  • LB: Maximilian Mittelstädt (Stuttgart) - 87 rated
  • CB: Alessandro Bastoni (Internazionale) - 90 rated
