Elon Musk's Starlink down: Users report network issue, here's what the company said
Elon Musk ’s internet service Starling is facing widespread outage. Thousands of users in Arizona, Nevada, Utah and other US states are facing connectivity issues with Starlink. As reported by DownDetector, SpaceX’s satellite internet service is experiencing outage since September 14, 10.47 AM. As per the outage tracking website around 45,000 users flagged issues on the platform.
DownDetector reveals that 59% of the users are facing issue with internet, whereas 40% witnessed complete blackout and 1% reported poor reception. The outage is spread across multiple regions including New Jersey, Colorado, and California, with reports of intermittent service and DNS failures.

Elon Musk’s SpaceX has acknowledged the Starlink outage and has also publicly issued a statement saying, “Our team is investigating”. On its official website, the company posted a statement, “Starlink is currently experiencing degraded service. Our team is investigating.”
SpaceX has not yet revealed the actual cause of the outage and has also not provided any timeline for resolution. Users are advised to keep track of the live outage map for any update on the resolution of services.
