PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers are counting down to the release of the new games for February 2026.
And the February 2026 line-up is certainly worth getting excited about, because it includes superhero console exclusive Marvel's Spider-Man 2.
Of course, multiple titles will also be leaving the service this week, so consider this your last chance to play some blockbusters.

Consisting of nine Extra games and just one Premium title, the next wave of PlayStation Plus releases will be available to subscribers on February 17. That's less than 24-hours.
Headlined by the excellent Marvel's Spider-Man 2, the games have a 9am GMT UK release time. That's 1am PT / 4am ET for US subscribers, and 10am CET for European fans.
Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is undoubtedly the biggest and best game joining PlayStation Plus Extra on February 17.
Developed by Insomniac Games, the superhero sequel lets players switch between Peter Parker and Miles Morales as they explore an open-world New York City.
The PS5 console exclusive earned an impressive 90% score on Metacritic, with reviewers praising the narrative, visuals and epic set-pieces.
Games joining Marvel's Spider-Man 2 include open-world racer Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown, which takes place in Hong Kong.
Subscribers will also be able to play a couple of emotionally-driven adventure games in Neva and Season: A Letter to the Future.
Monster Hunter Stories and its sequel Wings of Ruin also join the line-up, alongside Venba, Echoes of End Definitive Edition and Rugby 25.
Things aren't quite so good over on PS Plus Premium, where PS2 game Disney Pixar Wall-E is the only title to be added to the Classics range.
Games leaving PS Plus Extra on February 17Of course, it's not all good news for PS Plus Extra subscribers, because a few big blockbusters will leave the service on the same day.
This includes heavy-hitters like WWE 2K25 and Cult of the Lamb, which will be joined by Carto, Rez Infinite, SaGa Frontier Remastered and Super Neptunia.
Cyberpunk shooting game The Ascent is also about to be removed from the service, so make sure you finish it before it's too late.
