FarEye launches PILOT AI dispatcher, claims up to 90% faster logistics workflows
FarEye has launched an AI dispatcher called PILOT to autonomously manage the end-to-end day of a logistics dispatcher with Human-In-The-Loop (HITL) governance. The AI tool is aimed to replace the manual grind of last-mile dispatch by autonomously orchestrating across 11 specialized AI agents — planning routes, managing drivers, recovering failed deliveries, and reconciling invoices, end to end. The company claims that the tool can reduce the logistics time from 0 hours to 60 minutes. FarEye PILOT is live for enterprise pilots globally.
