Honor MagicOS 10: All details

MagicOS 10 marks a transition from a conventional operating system to an AI-based OS for Honor. It shifts from basic device-cloud coordination to an agent-centric model designed to enhance intelligence. The platform focuses on creating a connected ecosystem that integrates AI collaboration across devices.

At its core, MagicOS 10 introduces an updated version of YOYO with agentic capabilities that allow it to perceive, recall, and act, powered by Honor’s MagicLM 3.0. With a single tap, users can ask YOYO to perform daily tasks and creative processes such as AI-assisted colour grading using Magic Color, command-based image editing, and services like food ordering, shopping, or booking rides.

As multi-device use expands, MagicOS 10 enables data transfer such as images, videos, and documents across Honor, iOS, Android, and Windows platforms. This aims to offer a consistent experience and improved efficiency for users.

MagicOS 10 also introduces the Zero-Gravity Transparency Design , applying transparent visual elements across the system interface. This will cover the lock screen, the desktop, and apps, while maintaining balanced power consumption and performance.

In addition, the upgraded AI Deepfake Detection feature identifies fake voices, manipulated visuals, and fraudulent scripts to help protect users.

Launched in 2022, the Honor Connect platform has linked over 30 million devices, laying the foundation for interconnected systems. The new Honor AI Connect platform expands on this approach by integrating AI capabilities to enable more intelligent connectivity.

Honor AI Connect is designed to simplify partner integration and lower development costs. Developers can access multimodal interaction features such as voice and vision without building separate core systems, and they can use cross-scenario AI collaborative tools. By opening its connectivity framework, Honor supports shared intelligence, entry points, and ecosystem resources to enable smarter device interactions.

Honor has collaborated with more than 200 ecosystem partners and offers free IoT connectivity through its partner programs. Through initiatives like the Honor Alpha Flagship Store and additional access programs, the company provides resources and support to foster a human-centred innovation ecosystem.

Looking ahead, Honor aims to continue open collaboration with global partners to co-develop the AI device ecosystem and advance the evolution of AI-driven operating systems.
