Users who need more storage can choose the 12GB plus 512GB variant for Rs 81,999. The highest configuration of the Vivo X300, which includes 16GB plus 512GB, is priced at Rs 85,999. The more advanced Vivo X300 Pro arrives in a single configuration featuring 16GB plus 512GB storage. It carries a price tag of Rs 1,09,999 in India. This places the Vivo X300 Pro directly in the ultra premium range, where it competes with offerings from Oppo and Samsung. Buyers looking for elite camera performance, powerful hardware and enhanced software optimisation will find the Vivo X300 Pro positioned in the same league as other top-tier devices.

Both the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro will be available for purchase starting December 10 in India. Vivo is also launching a special Telephoto Extender Kit designed exclusively for the X300 series. Priced at Rs 18,999, this kit enhances the zoom and shooting capabilities of the phones. It is positioned as a more accessible option compared to similar teleconverter accessories offered by Oppo, which makes it attractive for mobile photography enthusiasts.

The Vivo X300 Pro stands out as the more feature-packed model in the lineup. It comes with a 6.78 inch 1.5K BOE Q10 Plus LTPO OLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Vivo has added circular polarisation 2.0 to improve outdoor visibility. Powering the smartphone is the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The device runs on Android 16 with Vivo’s latest custom interface, ensuring a polished and responsive user experience across the flagship features of the Vivo X300 Pro.

Camera performance is a major highlight of the Vivo X300 Pro, making it a strong contender for users who prioritize photography. The device features a 50MP Sony LYT 828 primary camera, a 50MP JN1 ultrawide lens and a powerful 200MP periscope telephoto sensor with OIS. Vivo has enhanced the camera system using its V3 Plus and Vs1 imaging chips along with Zeiss colour science. Users can further extend the zoom capabilities by using the optional 2.35x telephoto extender. The front camera is a 50MP JN1 sensor that boosts selfie performance and maintains consistency with the high-end camera setup of the Vivo X300 Pro.

To keep everything running smoothly, the Vivo X300 Pro packs a 6,510mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. Additional premium features include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, dual speakers, an Action Button, a dedicated signal amplifier chip and a large x-axis linear motor. Connectivity options include Wi Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS and an IP68 rating. The device weighs 226 grams, which reflects its premium build and flagship capabilities.

The standard Vivo X300 shares the same MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset found in the Pro model and supports the same fast charging speeds. However, it features a slightly smaller 6,040mAh battery and a more compact design. With its 6.31 inch 1.5K BOE Q10 Plus LTPO OLED display, the Vivo X300 is one of the few compact flagship smartphones in the Indian market. It weighs 190 grams and measures 150.57 x 71.92 x 7.95mm. These dimensions make the Vivo X300 ideal for users who prefer lightweight and manageable devices without compromising on performance.

The camera setup on the Vivo X300 is different from the Pro variant. The phone comes equipped with a 200MP Samsung HPB primary sensor, a 50MP JN1 ultrawide lens and a 50MP LYT 602 periscope telephoto camera. The Vivo X300 also supports the Zeiss teleconverter accessory and features the V3 Plus imaging chip to deliver enhanced photo quality. For selfies, the phone includes a 50MP JN1 front camera, similar to the Pro variant, maintaining imaging consistency across the Vivo X300 series.
