10 Indian Ships Cross Sensitive Hormuz Stretch As India Engages Iran For Security

MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal confirmed that India remains engaged with Iranian authorities and other stakeholders to ensure safe passage for all vessels. The Iranian ambassador was called in, and India conveyed its concerns at the highest diplomatic level, stressing that maritime routes must remain secure and uninterrupted. Iran has responded by assuring that India’s concerns will be relayed to its leadership. As tensions persist, India is maintaining close coordination to safeguard its maritime interests and ensure stability in crucial sea lanes.
