Eyewitness Details Shocking Bike-Borne Shooting Near Hospital in North 24 Parganas

An eyewitness has described a chilling late-night shooting incident in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, where a bike-borne assailant allegedly opened fire on a car near Madhyamgram.According to the witness, the vehicle suddenly stopped mid-way before the attacker approached from a motorcycle and fired at close range on the left side of the car. The witness claimed the shooter appeared highly trained and carried out the attack in a planned manner before fleeing the spot immediately.The eyewitness further stated that two rounds were heard during the incident, which took place between 10:30 PM and 11 PM, barely 200–300 metres from a hospital. Locals rushed the injured to the hospital, while the driver of the car was also reportedly shot.Police are investigating the targeted attack and examining all possible angles, including whether the incident was pre-planned.
