IB Security Assistant Tier 2 Admit Card 2026 Released: Exam on Feb 22, Download Hall Ticket from Official Website
The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has officially released the IB Security Assistant Tier 2 Admit Card 2026 for candidates appearing in the second stage of the recruitment examination. The Tier 2 written exam for Security Assistant/Executive (SA/Exe) posts in the Intelligence Bureau will be conducted on 22 February 2026 across multiple examination centres in India.
Candidates who successfully cleared the Tier 1 examination can now download their admit cards from the official portals www.mha.gov.in
This recruitment process aims to fill 4,987 vacancies for the post of Security Assistant/Executive in the Intelligence Bureau. The selection process consists of multiple stages, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and an interview round.
Only candidates who qualified in Tier 1 are eligible to appear for the Tier 2 examination. The admit card contains crucial details such as exam date, reporting time, exam centre address, and important instructions.

If any discrepancy is found, candidates should immediately contact the concerned authorities.
Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without a valid admit card. Along with the hall ticket, candidates must carry a valid photo ID proof such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Driving Licence.
It is recommended to reach the exam centre at least one hour before the reporting time mentioned on the admit card.
Candidates who qualify in the Tier 2 examination will be shortlisted for the interview round. The final merit list will be prepared based on performance in Tier 1 and the interview.
