CBSE Announces Exam Schedule for Direct Recruitment Quota 2026
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has unveiled the timetable for the CBSE Direct Recruitment Quota Examination 2026. The Tier-1 exams for various Group A, B, and C positions are scheduled for January 31 and February 1.
The examination on January 31 will occur in two shifts, while February 1 will feature a single morning shift. The first shift is set from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, and the second shift will run from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. CBSE has indicated that details regarding the examination centers and admit cards will be provided soon.
Exams Scheduled for January 31:
On January 31, the first shift will cover exams for the positions of Assistant Secretary, Assistant Director (Academics), Assistant Professor, Assistant Director (Training), Assistant Professor, Assistant Director (Skill Education), Accounts Officer, and Junior Translation Officer. The second shift will include the Superintendent exam.
Exams Scheduled for February 1:
On February 1, the Junior Accountant and Junior Assistant exams will take place, with only one morning shift. Below is the detailed schedule:
