Despite the revision, CBSE has confirmed that the overall examination schedule remains intact:

CBSE Class 10 board exams will begin on February 17, 2026, and conclude on March 10, 2026 (except for the rescheduled paper on March 11).

CBSE Class 12 board exams will also start on February 17, 2026, and continue until April 9, 2026, with the rescheduled Legal Studies exam on April 10.
