Under the Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Package 2025, the state government is providing land for a token amount of just Re. 1. In addition, numerous other facilities are also being offered.
Besides providing land for Re. 1, the Bihar government is also offering interest subsidies, 100% SGST reimbursement, 300% NET SGST reimbursement of the approved project cost, or up to 30% subsidy on the project cost under the Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Package 2025. Land for Re. 1 will be available based on the following investment criteria:
10 acres of land for an investment of Rs. 100 crore and creation of 1000 jobs
25 acres of land for an investment of Rs. 1000 crore
10 acres of land for Fortune 500 companies investing Rs. 200 crore
50% discount on BIADA land rates for all others
Other facilities available in addition to land for Re. 1:
Interest subsidy up to Rs. 40 crore and 100% SGST reimbursement or
Up to 30% capital subsidy on the approved project cost
