Nimbus Projects Limited reports 43% increase in pre-sales during Q3FY26

New Delhi: Nimbus Projects Limited has reported 43% year-on-year increase in pre-sales during Q3FY26.

Company’s pre-sales booking value stood at Rs 147.58 crore, compared to Rs 103.14 crore in the corresponding period last year. Customer collections rose to Rs 75.87 crore from Rs 21.46 crore, reflecting improved cash flow realisation and sustained demand in the residential segment.

Nimbus Realty said that the firm IITL Nimbus – The Express Park View received the completion certificate for the balance 310 flats, covering approximately 4.26 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area. With this development, the project has now achieved full completion, with certificates granted by GNIDA in phases for the entire development.

“The strong growth in pre-sales and collections during the quarter underscores steady homebuyer demand and improved conversion of our project pipeline into cash flows. The completion of Express Park View-II is a key milestone, reinforcing our focus on timely delivery and disciplined execution,” said Bipin Agarwal, Chairman and Managing Director.

The Express Park View-II project, a group housing development located at Sector Chi-V, Greater Noida, is built on 52,493.16 sq. metres of land and comprises 1,630 flats and 40 shops. Till date, 1,539 flats and all 40 shops have been sold. The total saleable area of the project is 19.97 lakh sq. ft., of which 18.79 lakh sq. ft. has been sold, with a total sales consideration of Rs 835.16 crore.
