Register on the NAPS 2.0 Portal at https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in (Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship).

Ensure your Aadhaar Number is linked to your Bank Account before applying.

After registering on NAPS 2.0, visit the NPCIL website www.npcilcareers.co.in to submit your Online Application Form.

Also apply through Establishment Registration No. E08160800007 (Rawatbhata Rajasthan Site, NPCIL) on the NAPS 2.0 portal.

Upload your Photo (JPEG, max 50KB, 480×640 pixels) and Signature (JPEG, max 20KB, 160×560 pixels) before submitting the form.

Online applications will be accepted from 26.02.2026 (10:00 AM) until 18.03.2026 (16:00 PM).

Note: Applications will NOT be accepted if not submitted through the respective Establishment ID.

Selection Process

• Selection will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in the respective ITI trade.


• Candidates will be shortlisted according to the ITI marks percentage provided in the online application form.


• In case of a tie in ITI marks, preference will be given to the candidate born earlier.


• If there is still a tie in Date of Birth, the candidate with a higher percentage in 10th / 8th (8th for Welder only) will be preferred.


• Final selection will occur after successful Document Verification.


• Local candidates residing within a 16 km radius of Rawatbhata Rajasthan Site will be given preference.

Stipend / Monthly Allowance
