Stratefix Consulting to Lead HR Mandate for PM Pavers After Four Years of Sales Engagement

Stratefix Consulting, a management consulting firm that works with mid-sized businesses to implement growth systems, has announced an HR consulting mandate with PM Pavers, a company under the PM Group that supplies concrete paver blocks and construction materials across India.

This marks the second phase of collaboration between the two firms.

Stratefix Consulting has previously worked with PM Pavers to build structured sales processes. With the new mandate, the focus will shift to human resource systems that help manage scale, team structure, and internal communication. The objective is to create a clear set of systems for manpower planning, hiring, employee onboarding, and performance monitoring.

This engagement will begin with a detailed review of the current HR practices, followed by identifying specific areas that require formal structure. Stratefix will develop systems for role clarity, recruitment workflow, and employee performance review.

The team will also support the rollout of policies and procedures that can be applied across different departments and locations.
