A video featuring a dancer who closely resembles legendary Sri Lankan spinner Muttiah Muralitharan has taken social media by storm. In the clip, the dancer grooves to " Tauba Tauba " from the film "Bad Newz," originally featuring actor Vicky Kaushal. Many viewers were convinced that the dancer was Muralitharan himself. However, the dancer was actually choreographer Kiran, who received widespread praise for his impressive moves and the video's execution.
Chasing 138, openers Pathum Nissanka and Kusal Mendis gave Sri Lanka a solid start with a 58-run partnership. Ravi Bishnoi broke the stand in the ninth over. Kusal Perera then joined Mendis to add another 52 runs, putting Sri Lanka in a comfortable position.
