Honda has entered India's adventure maxi-scooter space with the ADV 160, bringing a combination of rugged styling, practical features and a flex-fuel engine. The scooter was unveiled in India on July 24, 2026, as part of Honda's larger product showcase and was launched in August at Rs 1.70 lakh, ex-showroom Bengaluru.
The ADV 160 is manufactured locally, while bookings are open across the country for Rs 5,000. Deliveries are scheduled to begin from mid-October 2026.
One of its biggest highlights is its E85 compatibility. The ADV 160 is India's first flex-fuel scooter and can run on petrol, E20 fuel or blends containing up to 85 per cent ethanol.
The scooter features all-LED lighting, giving it a sharper look. Its tail section tapers towards the rear and gets a sleek LED tail lamp, while the chunky exhaust adds to its muscular appearance.
