The Cooper Oxford Edition comes in two exterior colours, including Indigo Sunset Blue and Chilli Red. Both versions feature a large Union Jack graphic on the roof, along with red-and-white stripes running from the front grille to the tailgate.

Mini has also introduced white outside rearview mirror housings and exclusive 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels with blue-and-red centre caps. It also has a crossed-flags emblem on the bootlid further distinguishes the Oxford Edition from the standard Cooper S. The overall design remains unchanged, retaining the familiar proportions of the three-door hatchback.

On the inside, the Oxford Edition retains the standard Cooper’s dashboard layout and grey-beige colour scheme. However, Mini has added several exclusive details to highlight the car’s British heritage. These include black John Cooper Works-specification seats, Union Jack graphics on the steering wheel and floor mats, and blue-and-red Oxford-branded door sills. The steering wheel also features a textured flag pattern at its base.

The 9.4-inch circular infotainment touchscreen gets a Union Jack-inspired theme, while the key fob carries a matching design. Apart from these cosmetic additions, the cabin layout remains largely unchanged.

Mini Cooper Oxford Edition: Powertrain

Mechanically, the Oxford Edition is the same as the standard Cooper S. It uses a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine producing 204hp and 300Nm of torque. The engine is mated with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, sending power to the front wheels. Mini claims the hatchback can accelerate from 0-100 kph in 6.6 seconds.

The Cooper Oxford Edition also has a claimed fuel efficiency of 16.82 kpl. With no mechanical upgrades, the special edition primarily focuses on exclusive styling and commemorative details rather than additional performance.
