Nissan starts exporting Tekton from India to Bhutan, Nepal and South Africa
New Delhi:Nissan Motor India has commenced exporting its new Tekton SUV. The first shipments were dispatched on September 1, 2026. The brand has confirmed that the compact SUV will initially be sold in South Africa, Nepal and Bhutan. The first export consignment consists of 1,300 units sent across the three markets.
Nissan India’s domestic wholesale volumes climbed 147 per cent year-on-year in August 2026, with sales numbers reaching 3,246 units compared with 1,384 units during the same period last year.
