The 21st installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme has been released on November 19, 2025, by Prime Minister Narendra Modi from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Nearly 9 crore farmers across India will receive a total of Rs 18,000 crore through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system. Each eligible farmer family receives Rs 6,000 per year, split into three equal instalments of Rs 2,000 each.

Since its launch in February 2019, PM-KISAN has disbursed over Rs 3.70 lakh crore to more than 11 crore farmer families, making it one of the largest digital DBT initiatives globally.

What Is PM Kisan Scheme?


The PM-KISAN scheme provides financial support to small and marginal farmers, ensuring they have resources for crop inputs and better yields. How to Check Your Name in PM Kisan Beneficiary List :


  1. Visit the official PM-KISAN portal: pmkisan.gov.in
  2. Go to Farmers Corner and click Beneficiary List.
  3. Enter your State, District, Sub-District, Block, and Village.
  4. Click Get Report to check if your name appears.

How to Check PM Kisan 21st Installment Status:


  1. Visit the PM-KISAN portal and select Know Your Status.
  2. Enter your Registration Number and CAPTCHA code.
  3. Request an OTP on your e-KYC registered mobile number.
  4. Enter the OTP to view the payment status of your 21st installment.

Eligibility and Requirements:


  • Aadhaar-seeded bank account for Direct Benefit Transfer.
  • Completion of e-KYC via OTP, biometric, or face authentication.
  • Land records updated in the PM-KISAN portal.

  • Farmer/Spouse Name and Date of Birth
  • Bank Account Number, IFSC/MICR Code
  • Mobile Number & Aadhaar Number
  • Other details as per bank passbook
