8th CPC: Salary estimates for Level 5-8 employees

The 8th Pay Commission (8th CPC) is set to hold its discussions with employee and pensioner bodies and other stakeholders in Jaipur on August 31-September 2026. After that, it will hold similar meetings in Chennai and Puducherry in the second week of September. With every meeting, the deadline of May 2027 (18-month deadline from November 2025 onwards) to submit its report is getting closer for the 8th Pay Commission.
