Shares of aerospace and engineering solutions provider Axiscades Technologies extended their sharp upward trajectory for the second straight trading session on Wednesday, September 30, gaining another 10 percent to print a fresh 52-week peak of ₹2,274 per share on the National Stock Exchange. The renewed buying momentum follows an identical 10 percent jump recorded on Tuesday after the engineering technology firm’s sole promoter entity, Jupiter Capital Private Limited, offloaded a significant minority stake through open market block transactions.

Institutional Heavyweights Absorb Supply: Kotak MF and Abakkus Deploy Hundreds of Crores

Official bulk and block deal transaction disclosures revealed that promoter entity Jupiter Capital offloaded 45.49 lakh equity shares—representing a 10.69 percent stake in Axiscades Technologies—at an agreed floor price of ₹1,824 per share, translating into an aggregate transaction size of approximately ₹829.72 crore.

Market data confirmed aggressive institutional accumulation on the buy side, led by Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund, which acquired 20.83 lakh equity shares worth roughly ₹380 crore. Veteran fund manager Sunil Singhania’s Abakkus group absorbed a cumulative 12.89 lakh shares valued at ₹235 crore across Abakkus Investment Managers (8.60 lakh shares), Abakkus Diversified Alpha Fund (2.41 lakh shares), and Abakkus MF (1.88 lakh shares). Furthermore, Swadha India Emerging Opportunities Scheme 1 bought 8.77 lakh shares worth around ₹160 crore, while individual investor Vanaja Sundar accumulated 3 lakh shares for approximately ₹54.72 crore.

Evolving Ownership Dynamics: Promoter Stake Rebalances to 47.34% Amid Expanding Free Float

Prior to the block transaction, Jupiter Capital held 246.82 lakh shares, accounting for a dominant 58.03 percent promoter stake in the technology engineering enterprise, with public shareholders holding the remaining 41.97 percent. Following the completion of this ₹830 crore trade, Jupiter Capital's direct promoter holding will settle at 201.33 lakh shares, or approximately 47.34 percent, effectively transitioning the firm's equity structure toward broader public institutional ownership.

According to baseline shareholding filings, institutional mutual fund participation previously accounted for just 1.45 percent of public equity, while more than 43,000 retail individual investors holding nominal share capital up to ₹2 lakh held a 20.67 percent slice, alongside corporate bodies owning 6.36 percent. By Wednesday afternoon trade, shares settled around ₹2,219, holding strong gains of over 7 percent as markets cheered the high-conviction institutional entry.
