Bengaluru Hospital's Unusual 'Music Night' Sparks Outrage Despite Strict 'House Rules'; Internet Asks 'Who Approved This?'
A music event held at a Bengaluru hospital has sparked a debate online, with social media users questioning the appropriateness of hosting such programmes at a healthcare facility.
Superhealth Bengaluru organised the event in collaboration with Localhost HQ. Videos from the event, which featured live music, surfaced on X and prompted contrasting reactions over the idea of bringing music and entertainment into a hospital.
The controversy came to light after an X user shared a video from the event and tagged Superhealth and Localhost HQ. "We fear hospitals and forget most of us were born in one. The first room you ever entered was a hospital room," the user wrote, describing the event as an attempt to remind Bengaluru of the different roles hospitals can play.
"Spending Saturday night reminding Bengaluru of that, with live music in the corridors," the user added.
In another post, the user shared a picture of the event's "house rules", writing, "Ok so the party begins in some time. I like how super health's house rules are so simple. Lately I have been liking Satvik parties hehe. Only in blr."
