Capitalmind Flexi Cap Fund adds Divi's Laboratories, Bajaj Auto and 3 other stocks in August

Capitalmind Flexi Cap Fund, managed by Capitalmind Mutual Fund, added Divi’s Laboratories, Bajaj Auto and three other stocks to its portfolio in August, according to the monthly portfolio disclosed on ACE MF.

The fund added around 15,850 shares of Divi’s Laboratories, worth Rs 15 crore at market value, during the month. It also added 11,486 shares of Bajaj Auto, worth Rs 13.93 crore.

Among the other three stocks, nearly 4.63 lakh shares of The Karnataka Bank were added to the portfolio, followed by 1.69 lakh shares of Sona BLW Precision Forgings and nearly 37,792 shares of Grasim Industries.

The fund completely exited five stocks in August. It sold 7.96 lakh shares of The Jammu & Kashmir Bank, worth Rs 12.42 crore at market value. This was followed by the sale of 5.47 lakh shares of Capri Global Capital and 64,384 shares of The Phoenix Mills.

The flexi cap fund also sold 50,696 shares of Lupin and 17,904 shares of Navin Fluorine International from its August portfolio.

The fund neither reduced nor increased its exposure to any other stock in August.

Its exposure remained unchanged in 27 stocks, including Titan Company, Torrent Pharmaceuticals, The Federal Bank, Cummins India, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Marico, Welspun Corp, Radico Khaitan, MTAR Technologies, Polycab India, Laurus Labs, FSN E-Commerce Ventures and Oracle Financial Services Software.

In August, the fund had 32 stocks in its portfolio, unchanged from July. The portfolio was spread across 17 sectors, with healthcare accounting for 24.48%, automobile and ancillaries for 14.69% and banks for 14.50%.

Since its inception, the fund has delivered a return of 0.42%. Over the last three months, it returned 2.93%, while over the last six months, it gained 3.15%. The fund was launched on August 4, 2025.

The fund allocated 33.47% to large caps, 37.18% to mid caps, 28.23% to small caps and 1.12% to other stocks.
