Gold rate today: 24k vs 22k vs 20k vs 18k prices
prices saw mixed movements today (Wednesday, October 7, 2026), with jewellery rates increasing at most leading jewellery brands and decreasing at one brand. The India Bullion and Jewellers Association Ltd (IBJA) also posted lower indicative rates of gold and silver jewellery today.
While Tanishq reduced its 22k gold jewellery price today, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Joyalukkas and Kalyan Jewellers increased their rates compared to the prices on October 6. Meanwhile, the IBJA’s benchmark rates for 24k, 22k, 20k, 18k and 14k gold and the 999-purity silver price also slipped.
