Class XII student murdered by Class XI boys in Chennai
CHENNAI: A gang of at least 10 Class XI students rounded up and murdered a Class XII student near Tiruvottiyur bus terminus adjoining a govt school on Friday evening. Police identified the deceased as Dhanush, 16, a resident of Vasantha Nagar. He was studying at Jai Gopal Garodia Govt Higher Secondary School.
According to preliminary investigation, a group of 10 Class XI boys took Dhanush from the school to the nearby terminus and assaulted him. After Dhanush fell unconscious, the culprits fled the scene.
