Denied cigarette, man hurls 'petrol-bomb' at Gwalior shop; 2 kids among 3 hurt
BHOPAL: A row over a cigarette ended in an arson attack in Gwalior 's Thatipur on Sunday, with a man allegedly hurling a burning petrol-filled bottle at a shop from his balcony, leaving the shopkeeper and his two children with burn injuries .
Police said the accused, Somesh alias Komesh Vimal, had gone to Samriddhi Store in PNT Colony to buy a cigarette.
Told none was available, he argued with owner Rathore, kicked a dustbin and later poured petrol inside, but the family snatched his matchbox.
He threw a lit bottle from his balcony. Residents doused the fire; Somesh has been arrested.
