Fire breaks out at Vitthal Hotel in Prayagraj; 12 people rescued
PRAYAGRAJ : A fire broke out at Vitthal Hotel near Subhash Chauraha in the Civil Lines area on Monday, following which firefighting operations were immediately launched, officials said.
Upon receiving information, fire tenders rushed to the spot and began efforts to douse the flames.
Fire Station Officer (FSO), Civil Lines, along with firefighters, is engaged in controlling the blaze under the supervision of the chief fire officer (CFO), Prayagraj.

A joint team of police and the fire department rescued 12 people who were trapped inside the hotel.
The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
No casualties were reported.
