Janasena MP's son booked after mall staffer killed in car crash
Hyderabad: Madhapur police have booked Lingamaneni Sanjush , son of Andhra Pradesh Rajya Sabha MP and Janasena leader Lingamaneni Ramesh , in connection with a road accident that claimed the life of a 26-year-old mall employee on Aug 16.
Police registered a case under section 106(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), alleging rash and negligent driving. According to the FIR, Bharati Mukhi , a salesgirl at Lifestyle store in Inorbit Mall , was hit by a car (TG09 G 0666) while crossing the road opposite the mall around 3 pm. She sustained a severe head injury and died later.
